Betting markets: 3/5
The betting markets available at the time of this review from Pinnacle were slightly disappointing. They offer a good range of markets, but they do not cover everything like some other bookmakers do. They cover everything when it comes to the mainstream soccer, tennis and golf, but they lack any horse racing markets and are yet to cover American Football and Darts. The Pinnacle betting markets may be enough to please most people out there, but a few people will be disappointed with the choice I am sure.
One thing we noticed during the Pinnacle review is that they offer high betting limits, which will suit the big players out there. They have large limits, especially on soccer and they offer big players the chance to bet big without potentially being turned away, like some bookmakers do.
Our Pinnacle sports review found that the odds offered by them are generally good. The markets that they do offer betting on, they are usually either the same as other bookmakers or slightly better. When comparing their soccer markets, they often came out as offering slightly better odds than most other bookmakers.
When it comes to other sports, the tennis and golf markets I checked were close to the average offered by everyone else and that makes them a good proposition. If you are betting on soccer, then Pinnacle will always offer you a better price or the same price as where you are betting right now. For other sports they are not as good, but they always offer the industry average, they are never the worst bookmaker out there.
Pinnacle claim to offer best value odds, which is not a promotion, it is just a promise that they will offer the best value odds online. We saw that in our Pinnacle sports review and they are rated number one for pay outs and they pride themselves on offering consistently good odds.
Mobile app: 4.5/5
The Pinnacle mobile app is available for free to download on iOS and Android devices. The app features everything you would expect and need when betting with Pinnacle, you can place bets, top up your account and set alerts, all on the go. The layout is easy to use and they have put a lot of effort into keeping the app as simple and easy to use as possible. The app is fast and worked fine during our Pinnacle sports review when we downloaded it on an Android device.
Live betting & streaming: 3/5
Pinnacle offers its users a limited live in play service that involved soccer and tennis during testing. This is smaller than many other bookmakers and also doesn’t have the live streaming service attached to it like so many other bookmakers. There is also no cash out function available on the website yet.
Hopefully Pinnacle can improve their live betting and streaming over the coming weeks as it lets them down right now and anyone who regularly bets in-play and likes to stream games will be disappointed.
Payment options: 3/5
Pinnacle accept a wide variety of payment methods from Canadian players and everyone should be able to find one they have used before and are comfortable with. The one exception to the list, which is quite surprising, is Paypal. Most online bookmakers accept Paypal as a payment method, but not Pinnacle at the moment, that is something to note if you are a Paypal user.
When it comes to withdrawals, the minimum withdrawal amounts are very good, although each customer only gets one free withdrawal per month. After the first withdrawal, you are charged a fee which is a minimum of £8, depending on the withdrawal method.
Customer service: 2/5

Pinnacle are some way behind other bookmakers when it comes to their customer service. During our Pinnacle review we found that they do not offer a live chat or telephone service and the only way to get in touch is via Email. This is manned 24 hours a day, seven days a week, although it is still disappointing.
They have a help section on their website that answers a lot of queries on each sport that will help some people so make sure you check that out as it may save you getting in touch with them.
Overall rating: 3.5/5
During our Pinnacle review they offered very competitive odds for customers, especially on soccer and they also have a very good range of soccer markets available. Their mobile site is very simple and easy to use so most people will be able to bet on the move with that downloaded on their phone. However, they offer a limited customer service which lacks a live chat function. They also charge a withdrawal fee for every withdrawal after your first one, which is free so taking out small amounts of money from your account becomes quite expensive. Their in-play offering is also very small, hopefully something they will grow in the coming weeks.
